The 104th player to represent Queensland, Darren Lockyer is widely regarded as one of the greatest Maroons of all time — standing alongside Wally Lewis in Queensland folklore. Making his debut in 1998 with a match-winning conversion after the siren, Lockyer went on to Captain Queensland to a record six consecutive State Of Origin series wins between 2006 and 2011, finishing his career as the most capped Queensland player in history.
