We do not have have a shop front. We work from home and sell online. But you are welcome to collect orders placed through the website. Please arrange a time so we can make sure your order is ready & someone is home to meet you.
What is it and how does it work?
After we had quite a few people sending us details of our cards being flipped on Ebay for double the price. This is due to us charging reasonable prices so collectors can obtain their cards at decent prices. We feel that if we don’t do something to try and stop this then collectors will get frustrated and drop out of the hobby.
So what we have done is for the first 6 weeks or so after release of Elite we will put our listed prices up on the website and Collectors Club Members will get a discount.
Example – we want to charge $30 for a card so we list it at $50 and Collectors Club will get a 40% discount.
This will only apply to higher end cards such as Mojos & Signatures. After the 6 weeks is up we will drop the listed price to $30. Collectors will have a code attached to their email so only they can use the code and they will only be able to buy 1 of each card. We want to make sure we are giving collectors a good chance at completing their sets without being gouged.

New Zealand orders are now available
We have recently updated our delivery options on the website to now include New Zealand postage.
This means from now on postage will be automatically calculated for all New Zealand orders during the checkout process, making it easier for you to complete your collection.
For all existing New Zealand customers please be sure to update your shipping address when checking out to avoid additional postage costs.

A) Steps for all Redemption cards.
Take Pictures or Scans of the Redemption card including Front & Back
Email the card manufacturer (TLA/Select) with the pictures include in your email your Name, Phone #, Address & Details of the card.
When posting the card to the Manufacturer please include a self addressed and stamped bubble mailer, this helps ensure the safe return of your cards and avoids additional postage costs.

A) NRL Trading Card Group Breaks feature a variety of sealed boxes and cases grouped together to provide an awesome chance at collecting some rare cards.
Standard Breaks have 16 spots and each spot is assigned a team either via Pick Your Team or Randomised.
PYT (Pick Your Team) Breaks allows you to pick your team once the break is filled we assign a break date and time via Facebook.
Random Team Breaks you choose a spot # and once the break is filled the spots are Randomised 3 times using Random.org then assigned to teams based on the Randomiser. We then encourage trading between the collectors to get a desired team. Trades must be notified to Gold Coast Trading Cards before the Break Commences

A) All cards will be sent well protected as per Gold Coast Trading Cards Standard Practice and using Australia Post within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted on the Site.
Individual cards will be put in sleeves, team bags and top loaders as required and sent in bubble mailers.

To help guarantee the arrival of your order with Australia Post we recommend selecting Registered Post for your order. This will cover you for any loss or damage in transit up to $100.
We do not take responsibility for damaged or lost parcels if orders are not registered or have a Tracking Number.
A) We do buy NRL collections but unfortunately we don’t buy or trade individual cards.
A) Luckily we have close to 30,000 individual cards listed with prices dating back to 1963 and this is always growing. Meaning there is a good chance you will find the card you have listed here with a price even it is sold out.
A) Unfortunately we only deal with NRL Trading Cards.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or Live Breaks or Personal Box Breaks. Once an item is paid for and opened live, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
